Red Flag (Fire) Warning for Northern California

A Red Flag (Fire) Warning for thunderstorms with dry lightning is currently in effect for the North Bay now through 5 PM on Wednesday, August 21st.  A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. Here are some recommended actions, provided by ready.gov: Before: To begin preparing, you should build an emergency kit and make a family communications plan. Plant fire-resistant shrubs and trees.
