Troy Loots - Operations Manager

Troy began with Friedman’s in 2001 as Store Manager of our flagship store in Santa Rosa. In 2005, he was promoted to Operations Manager of all three locations and became a member of the Executive Committee. Troy brings over 23 years of experience in the retail and home improvement industry to Friedman’s. He has held various positions, from Store Manager of Pay ‘N Pak Home Centers in Olympia, WA to General Manager of Eagle Hardware & Lowe’s Home Center in La Quinta, CA.

Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Troy returned to the roots of his mother who was born in Santa Rosa. One of his first impressions of Sonoma County was the friendliness of the people and the beauty of wine country.

Troy and his wife Patti have two children, Gage and Taylor, who are both employed and part of the “Friedman Family”. Troy enjoys many outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and entertaining friends.
