PAY AND SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP TIME

Orders will be pre-paid via credit card. You can be assured you will understand the full cost of your order, and our Team Members will work with you to schedule a convenient time for pickup. You’ll receive a digital receipt that you will need to bring with you.

CHECK IN AT OUR LUMBER YARD ENTRANCE

Every Friedman’s location has a convenient drive thru lumber yard, if you are unsure of the location there will be plenty of signage pointing you in the right direction. Make sure to stop at the entrance so we can get our Team Members working on your pickup as you finish driving in.

LET US LOAD YOUR VEHICLE

Follow the signs for pickup and feel free to stay in your car as our Team Members get your order loaded. We’ll work together to double check that everything is included before you go.

Make sure you stop at the Lumber Yard Exit for one more check to ensure you’ve got everything you need. You’ll stay in your vehicle while we look at the order and your digital receipt.

Do you ship orders?

No. All orders must be picked up at the store or delivered*
*Not all items are available for delivery

How does drive through pick-up work?

  • Please drive into the lumber yard entrance and stop at the yard gate where a Team Member will greet you as quickly as possible.
  • Please give them your name and order number, the Team Member will direct you where to go from there.
  • A Team Member will bring your purchase out to you.

How do phone orders work?

It’s easy! All products we carry are eligible for phone order.

  • Call 707-559-6000 to place your order.
  • If necessary, a Team Member will take your phone number to call you back once they confirm availability of the quantities ordered.
  • Your credit card information will be inputted directly into our system (for security purposes, it will not be written down anywhere) and your order receipt will be emailed to you.
  • We will pull the products you want and call you when your order is ready for pick up.
  • You will drive into our lumber yard entrance, stop at the yard gate shack and wait to be greeted by a Team Member.
  • Please give the Team Member your name and order number, the Team Member will then direct you where to go next.
  • A Team Member will bring your purchase out to you.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Inside the lumber yard at the location you specified when you placed your order.

What are your store hours?

Due to the constant changes brought on by COVID-19, please refer to our website for updated modified store hours.

How long will you hold my order at the store?

Our policy is to hold a phone order for 7 days.

Are all your product eligible for phone order?

Yes, all products we carry are eligible for phone order.

Can I pay with cashe?

Unfortunately, at this time we can only use a charge card.

Can I have my items delivered?

Not all items are eligible for delivery. Please ask the Team Member assisting you for clarification.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, call the store phone number listed on your order.

Can I return my order?

Yes, simply bring it back to the store where you picked it up, along with your receipt.
