Drive-Thru Pick Up - It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3

STEP 1

Place Your Order Online

After placing your order, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

STEP 2

Look for your Order Email Notification

Go to the store(s) noted on your order pickup notification. Make sure to bring your government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order number.

STEP 3

Pick Up Your Order

Follow the signs for Pickup and park in the designated parking spots. Call us when you arrive and a team member will bring your order out to you, or to your desigated pickup person.

We will keep your order waiting for pickup for 7 days from the Order Date shown on your confirmation email.



Want Someone Else to Pickup Your Order?

Add an alternate pickup person to your order when you're on the Checkout screen. You will both receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

How can I place a drive thru pick up order?
It’s easy! You can place an order online, over the phone or in-store.
Most products we carry are eligible online and for phone order.


How does drive thru pick up work? Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order pick up notification email letting you know it’s ready to be picked up.
  1. Drive to the store noted on your pick up email with your order confirmation number (printed or on your phone) and a valid government-issued photo ID. 

  2. Follow the signs into our drive-through lumber yard.

  3. Follow the signs to the designated pick up parking spots, please call the phone number on the sign and a Team Member will be out to greet you. Please remain in your vehicle.

  4. Please be prepared to show your valid government-issued photo ID. 

  5. Once you have your order, proceed to the yard exit. All orders are subject to a vehicle check at our Yard Gate before leaving. You will be required to show your receipt and your purchases.


Do you ship or deliver orders? 

We do not ship orders at this time; however we do offer local delivery for a fee. To see if your order qualifies for delivery, or to place a delivery order, please call us.


Can I pay with cash?

If you would like to pay with cash, we invite you into one of our stores to place your order with one of our Team Members. 


How will I know when my order is ready? 

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up. Most orders are ready within a few hours. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day.


What do I need with me when I pick up my order? 

Please bring your order confirmation number located on your pick up email notification and a physical valid government-issued photo ID of the person picking up the order. 


Can I send someone else to pick up my order for me? 

You can have an alternate person pick up your order.

For online orders, simply enter the first and last name of your alternate pick up person in the Alternate Pick Up Person field during the check out process.

For instore orders, simply ask to add the first and last name of your alternate pick up person to your order. 

You, or your designated person are the only ones who can pick up your order. Friedman’s account holders may also designate authorized purchasers.

For pick up, you, your designated person or authorized purchaser will need to bring the following:

  1. Their valid government-issued photo ID 

  2. The order confirmation number 

Note: A name (first and last) MUST be on the order to release the purchase.


How long will you hold my order? 

Our policy is to hold your order for 7 days from the time you receive the pick up notification email. Orders not claimed by the 7th day will automatically be cancelled and any pending holds on your account will drop off within 5 business days.


What forms of payment are accepted online? 

At this time, we only accept credit and debit cards. We process one card number per order only, split payment methods are not available yet.


Can I cancel or change my order? 

Please call or email us, where we will be happy to help you with these requests.


Can I return my order? 

Yes, in most cases. Simply bring your order back to the store where you picked it up, along with your receipt.
