- Phone Interview
We want to know more about you, your skills and your interests. Prospective Team Members may be invited to our Corporate Headquarters in Petaluma for a Meet and Greet so our HR team can get to know you face-to-face.
- In-Person Interview
You made it to the interview! Your interview may be a group interview, a one-on-one with the hiring manager or a combination of the two, depending on the open position.
Your initial offer will come in the form of a verbal and/or written contingent offer of employment. Following completion of our pre-employment process, including a background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen, we’ll then send you a written offer.
Congratulations on joining the Friedman’s team! Either your Manager or a member of our recruiting team will convey further details to you including your start date, benefits details, new hire orientation and training dates, and other relevant onboarding information.
