Raco square box has pre-galvanized steel construction for increased durability and maximum corrosion resistance. Box has 21.0 cubic inches of capacity and is suitable for non-metallic sheathed cable. Welded box includes two 1/2 inch, one TKO conduit side knockouts, one 1/2 inch TKO conduit bottom knockouts and four pryouts to provide greater flexibility in cable entry. Square box comes with FM bracket that mounts flat on side of stud and provides a rigid/secure box installation. It is used for splitting of multiple conductor runs into two or more directions to bring power to a number of electrical devices. Box has combination screw heads to provide faster installation. It is wall or ceiling mountable for lighting fixtures, switches or receptacles.
