At Friedman’s we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept your return. For more information about our return policy, please read the conditions below.

Credit for returned merchandise will be made in the same manner as payment taken for the original purchase (example: charge card credit for charge card payment).

Customer phone number & photo I.D. will be required for all returns.

Merchandise purchased as a “cash sale” and returned without a receipt will receive “in-store credit” only and will require California photo I.D., phone number, will be given credit at lowest price within the last 90 days and may require manager approval.

Cash refunds are subject to cash availability and may not exceed $800. Refunds exceeding $800 will be issued by check.

If original payment was made by check, there will be a waiting period of up to fifteen (15) business days for issuance of refund.

Merchandise required by the manufacturer to be returned to a service center will not be accepted for return.

Yard merchandise must be returned to the Yard prior to processing.

In general, Special Order, custom milled, cut, keyed, mixed products, or merchandise sold “AS IS” or “NO RETURN”, will not be accepted for return.

Where permitted by the supplier, Special Order merchandise accepted for return will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Returns without a receipt will be credited for the lowest price offered in the past 90 days.
