What if the product I’m looking for isn’t showing in the online product catalog?

If the product isn’t showing in the online product catalog, you can either visit or call your local Friedman’s to speak with a Team Member.  You can also chat or text with us between 8am-5pm every day.

Is every product shown online available in every store?

There are some products in our product catalog that have limited store availability.  We feel it is important for customers to be able to see everything that Friedman’s carries. To check store availability and make a purchase, you can either visit or call your local Friedman’s to place your order and arrange for pick up or delivery. You can also chat or text with us between 8am-5pm every day.

How do I buy products from your online product catalog?

Showing product inventory is coming as we continue to improve the online customer experience. In the future customers will be able to use the online product catalog to see inventory and its availability in each of our store locations.
