Drive-Thru Pick Up FAQs

Do you ship orders?

Not at this time. All orders must be picked up at the store or delivered. To verify which items are available for delivery, please call the Customer Care Center at 707-559-6000.

How does drive through pick up work?

  • Please drive into the lumber yard entrance and stop at the yard gate where a Team Member will greet you as quickly as possible.
  • Please give them your name and order number, the Team Member will direct you where to go from there.
  • Please park in one of the designated spots and a Team Member will bring your purchase out to you.

How do phone orders work?

It’s easy! All products we carry are eligible for phone order.

  • Call 707-559-6000 to place your order.
  • Your credit card information will be input directly into our system (for security purposes, it will not be written down anywhere) and your order receipt will be emailed to you.
  • We will pull the products you want and call you when your order is ready for pick up.
  • You will drive into our lumber yard entrance. Stop at the yard gate shack and wait to be greeted by a Team Member.
  • Please give the Team Member your name and order number; the Team Member will then direct you where to go next.
  • Please park in one of the designated spots and a Team Member will bring your purchase out to you.

What are your store hours?

Due to the constant changes brought on by COVID-19, please refer to our website for current store hours.

How long will you hold my order at the store?

Our policy is to hold a phone and web order for 7 days.

Are all your products eligible for phone order?

Yes, all products we carry are eligible for phone order.

Can I pay with cash?

Unfortunately, at this time we can only accept a charge card as a form of payment.

Can I have my items delivered?

Not all items are eligible for delivery. Please ask the Team Member assisting you for clarification.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, please call us at 707-559-6000, where we will be happy to help you with these requests.

Can I return my order?

Yes, simply bring it back to the store where you picked it up, along with your receipt.
